Club sessions...
We have a series of structured club sessions taking place throughout the week. The sessions will be a combination of water outings and regular land based training (ergs and weights).​
For those athletes rowing competitively there will be additional sessions to prepare for races.​
​
We use an app called 'spond' where members can sign up to the session schedule.​
We're always happy to welcome new members at all levels of fitness and experience and at any time of the year!​​
